Select your consultation package and schedule a 30-minute travel consultation. During this session, we'll discuss your destination, travel dates, accommodations, budget, must-see attractions, dining preferences, transportation, and any special requests to create a travel plan that's uniquely yours.
A non-refundable consultation fee is required to reserve your planning session. This fee covers the time spent consulting with you and beginning the planning process.
Please Note: The consultation fee does not apply toward the cost of your custom itinerary package. The package price is separate from and in addition to the consultation fee.
After your consultation, our team will begin creating your personalized itinerary based on the package you selected. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of your consultation for your itinerary to be completed.
Once your itinerary is complete, you will be notified by email, phone, or both that it is ready. At that time, we'll send you a secure payment link to pay the remaining balance for your selected package.
Full payment is required before your itinerary is released.
All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our travel planning services, refunds are not available, and change requests or itinerary revisions are not included once your itinerary has been completed.
However, Trip'N Aint Easy reserves the right to approve revisions or modifications at its sole discretion. Any approved changes are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
